Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them.

1. Who we are

This website, beautybylarana.com, is operated by [RAISON SOCIALE DE TA SASU], a company registered in France under number [NUMÉRO SIREN], with its registered office at [ADRESSE COMPLÈTE].

VAT number: [NUMÉRO DE TVA UK, une fois immatriculé]

You can contact us at help@beautybylarana.com. We aim to reply within one working day. Please include your name and order number.

For press, partnership or business enquiries, use the same address.

2. These terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this site on the day you place it.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy, form the agreement between us. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

3. Our products

We sell cosmetic and beauty products. Product descriptions are prepared from the information provided by our suppliers, and we make every effort to keep them accurate.

Product images are provided to illustrate the item. Colour and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting and photography. Where a difference is more than slight, or where a product does not match its description, you have the rights set out in section 8.

4. Placing an order

  1. Add the items you want to your basket. You can review and amend the contents at any time.
  2. Enter your contact and delivery details.
  3. Choose your delivery method.
  4. Enter your payment details and any discount code.
  5. Review the full order summary. You can correct any errors before confirming.
  6. Confirm by clicking the order button.

We'll send you an acknowledgement email when you place your order. A contract between us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not before. If we cannot supply an item, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Please check your delivery address carefully — we can only amend it before your order has been processed.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown before you pay.

The price that applies is the one displayed on the site at the time you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

We accept debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay. Payments are processed by our payment providers over a secure connection. We never have access to your full card details.

If a product's price is obviously wrong and you could reasonably have recognised it as an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery costs and estimated timescales are shown before you pay.

We will deliver your order within 30 days of the contract being formed, unless we've agreed a different date with you. Estimated delivery dates are given in good faith but may be affected by postal delays, weather or other events outside our control.

Your order becomes your responsibility once it is delivered to the address you gave us.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or items are missing, contact us within a reasonable time with a photo and we'll put it right at no cost to you.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused or undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange either a re-send or a refund less the original delivery cost. Where a re-send is due to an incorrect address you supplied, we may ask you to cover the new postage.

If we fail to deliver within 30 days, or by any later date we agreed, you may treat the contract as at an end and we'll refund you in full within 14 days.

7. Your right to cancel (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To cancel, email help@beautybylarana.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Any clear statement of your decision to cancel is enough — you don't need to use a particular form.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked service.

We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back — or, if earlier, within 14 days of you providing proof of postage. We refund using the same payment method you used to pay.

You may handle the goods as you would in a shop. If their value is reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature and characteristics, we may deduct an amount reflecting that reduction.

Sealed hygiene products: where a product is sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and the seal has been broken after delivery, the right to cancel no longer applies to that item. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

Separately from this legal right, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee — see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Faulty products and your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not:

  • within 30 days of delivery, you may reject the goods and receive a full refund;
  • after 30 days, you may ask for a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible or fails, a refund;
  • we cover the cost of returning faulty goods.

These rights are in addition to everything else in these terms, and nothing here limits them.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights.

We are not liable for business losses. If you use our products for any commercial purpose, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.

We take reasonable care to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Events outside our control

Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by an event beyond its reasonable control. If such an event affects your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible and the delivery period will be extended for its duration.

If the event continues for more than 30 days, either of us may cancel the order, and we'll refund you in full for anything already paid.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, video, logos and design — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, but you may not reproduce, republish or exploit any part of the site commercially without our written consent.

12. Your data

We handle your personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details of what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

13. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or other content to us, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our products and marketing.

You confirm that the content is your own, that it is accurate, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful, offensive or misleading material.

We may decline to publish, or remove, content that breaches these terms. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not remove reviews simply because they are critical.

14. If part of these terms is invalid

If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

15. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.

Complaints: please contact us first at help@beautybylarana.com — we'll do our best to resolve things quickly. If we can't reach an agreement, you may be able to refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution provider approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. Using ADR does not prevent you from going to court.

We reserve the right to refuse orders and to report attempted fraudulent purchases, including the use of stolen or counterfeit payment cards.
